My old facebook account block i connect new Facebook ID in my game and save all levels

If your progress was saved with your old Facebook account, connecting a new Facebook account will not automatically move your game progress across.
The best thing to do is contact Player Support from inside the game so they can check your account and help restore your progress.
Please follow these steps:
When you contact them, please explain that your old Facebook account is blocked and that your game was saved there. Also mention your current level, around level 17,000, so they can check this for you ๐
