@QueenB @Exgod this isn't a bug and your screenshots just show the normal behaviour of this feature.

As per the features information you receive an entry into the draw whether or not you scratch a ticket that you have obtained

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry you’ve run into this issue.

It doesn’t look right that scratching the ticket would leave your count stuck at 23/25. We’d like to take a closer look and share this with the team.

If possible, please also send us your Player ID? Go to Settings, Account & Help and you should see your ID on the top.
