Thank you @Carol-38 for taking the time. The thing is it's not chill and unwind this way. Maybe it is just a reminder not to buy. It will not be the first "connection" not getting through money matters…
Hi @npking Welcome to the Community 🤗 it's nice that you have joined us. Who knows the reason why, you're certainly not the first to report this and you won't be the last. Restart you device, make sure you are connected to the Internet and if it still hasn't appeared, you will need to contact who you payed through and ask for your money back.
