[Bug Report] Candy Board Unresponsive – Unable to Move Candies During Level

Hi Candy Crush Saga Support Team,

I'd like to report a gameplay issue I've been experiencing:

Issue: During a level, the candy board becomes completely unresponsive — I'm unable to swipe or move any candy at all. The game doesn't crash, but it freezes on the board with no way to continue. The only fix is to force-close and relaunch the app, causing me to lose my progress and sometimes a life.

Steps to reproduce:

* Start any level
* Play for a short while
* Candies suddenly stop responding to swipe/touch input

I'd appreciate any help or patch for this. Please let me know if you need additional information such as device model or app version.

Eu estou com este problema a dois meses trava e congelando aí o tabuleiro não responde é como se tivesse na marcha lenta não estou conseguindo jogar mesmo eu tendo mais de 100 vidas e nem comprando Buster barras de ouro não consigo sair está travando por favor alguém pode resolver o meu problema por favor eu não irei jogar fora o meu jogo e voltar ao primeiro porquê tenho que fazer isso para outro ficar no meu lugar .

About the issue — does the game freeze after you start playing the level for couple moves?

Few more details:

* When did the issue start?  
* Once you close the App and restart, are you able to finish the level smoothly?
* Are you experiencing this glitch in all the levels you have been playing? Or is it a particular kind like Gummy Dragons, Licorice, Keys, etc., 
* Were there cascades in the game OR Striped candies zipping through?
* Will it be possible for you to provide any screenshots?

These are the questions I can remember for now!  Please provide these details and we will discuss further!
