I am sorry to hear that you lost the level progress in your game!

It has been few hours since you reported the issue!  Is everything ok now and the progress is back in your game?  If not and you still need the assistance, can you please provide below details:

* Are you playing Candy Crush Saga?
* Which device are you using;
* Did you save the game either with Facebook or King account?
* Are you logged into the game?
* Did you change your device or reinstall the game?  
* A screenshot of your game map;
