email verification/reinstall

Question

I installed CCS on my new phone, but it didn't open at my current level. I clicked on the email verification request, but the email I received had no link to click on.

How do I retrieve my data?

Hello @scoutmomskf I am not from King and don't have the title but I have retrieved accounts upteen times, so I am a bit of an expert on doing that.

It's not related to any email verification at all.

* Install the app on a new device or after an uninstall.
* Click on "retrieve my progress" after accepting the terms and conditions and stating your date of birth (not PLAY, it's the button below that)
* Use the "already have a King account: Log in with Email" option at the bottom and then type in your saved email and password.

Please let us know if this does not work. If you have mistakenly saved the game to a new account after installing the app uninstall it and reinstall it and then follow the three steps outlined.

There is no need to verify your email in order to play. Choose "remind me later"  if you wish to get out of that screen.

Most players can now find their player ID simply by opening My Account @MustardCyborg . Is there any chance you could change your advice in future to incorporate this?

Click onto the cogwheel at the top right (Settings)

Then click on Account & Help (at the bottom)

The user ID is just there (where it states "user id") and no need to double click on any King logo.

Since you're having issues recovering your account progress, please first send me your current User ID after you've logged in:

* Open your game
* Do not tap on Play
* Tap on My Profile/Account/Save Progress under the Play button
* Double-tap on the King icon in the top centre (above your profile picture)
* The King icon will turn into a User ID Number, please send it to me
