Why does your stupid game continually say I don't have internet access when I do

I'm sick of you crooked mfers finding ways to screw us out of Rewards and blue candies for the soccer game or name the issue but I pay money for this game and I'm sick of doing it I need an answer I need my problem fixed because I have 500 megabits per second internet with only one device and I'm starting to hate this game. All of the in-between screen animations and all of the BS just to get to the next round when we have a party booster timer or some relevant boost that's supposed to help us you nitpick many many seconds away and it feels like this is very intentional and class action lawsuit Worthy. I am literally in the top 3% of the world of players my username is crushinator but your crap software won't send me a password reset and tells me that my username and email address are already used. What kind of 2001 BS is this. You guys make so much money give us a better product

I suspect that all of us are "literally" in the top 3% of players @NothappyKing because the statistics the app gives us include the 97% of players who gave up playing long ago (because they had more sense than we have).

I don't waste any more time on people who swear, so won't have anything else to add.

This can sometimes happen even when your internet is working, if the game is having trouble connecting to the servers or syncing properly.

Please try these steps first:

* Make sure your game app is updated
* Restart your device
* Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, if possible
* Turn off any VPN or ad-blocking tools, if you use them
* Open the game again and check if the message still appears

2. Password reset or account login issue
