Please follow these steps:
Open Candy Crush Saga Tap the Settings cogwheel Go to Account & Help Open the Help Center Choose a payment or purchase topic Scroll down and tap Contact Us/Chat with us
When you contact them, please include the Google transaction ID (it usually looks like GPA.1234-5678-8765-4321). That will help the team check it properly for you 😊
