My account used to be connected to Facebook, but it has become disconnected. Now, it won't reconnect. What can I do?

Could you please share a little more information so we can better understand what’s happening?
Which device are you playing on? Are you playing through the Candy Crush Saga app, Facebook, or another platform? What happens when you try to reconnect to Facebook? Do you see an error message? If yes, could you share a screenshot of it?
In the meantime, please also try restarting the game and making sure your game app is updated to the latest version.
