Why when in game and I ask friends for lives a message saying not connected to internet. How to fix this. Also why can't I get any boosters on my pc

Sorry to hear you’re seeing a “not connected to internet” message in the game.
Are you playing on the Windows app, Facebook, or another platform on your PC? Does it only happen when asking friends for lives, or does it also happen in other parts of the game? Could you share a screenshot of the message you see?
You can also try these basic checks:
Restart the game Make sure your game is updated Check that your internet connection is stable Try switching connection, for example from Wi-Fi to mobile data if possible Restart your device
For the boosters, please let us know what you mean by “can’t get any boosters.” Are boosters missing, not loading, or are you unable to claim them?
