Hi @OldfishTom Welcome to the Community 🤗 it's nice that you have joined us. Are you saying you've opened your game and it's showing you as level 1.
If that is what you are saying, that has happened to many, including myself. I closed my game and reopened and it went back to my normal level.
If that isn't what you are saying, could you make it a bit clearer what it is, thanks 😉
