22000 LEVEL ACCOUNT is not opening bew ids are opening instead

Hi King Community Support team,I am experiencing the known level 22k server sync bug. I was playing at level 22,000+, but my game suddenly disconnected. The app has now generated a brand new Guest ID at Level 1, and I cannot log back into my original profile. Every time I try to log in, it either errors out or loops back to the new ID.Please help me manually restore my original progress data from the server side. Here are my details:Game: Candy Crush SagaMy Original Progress: Around Level 22,000

The Issue: Game assigned a new ID, won't let me log in to pull down my 22k cloud save.

I’m sorry this happened.

To check what might be happening, could you please let us know if your original progress was saved with:

* a King account using email and password, or
* Facebook?

Also, please share the current Game User ID showing in your game now. This is the ID connected to the new Level 1 profile you’re seeing.

You can find your Game User ID like this:

* Open Candy Crush Saga
* Tap the cogwheel/settings icon
* Tap Account & Help
* Your Game User ID should appear

Please don’t share your email address or password here. The Game User ID is enough for us to take a closer look or point you in the right direction.

Once we have that, we can better understand whether the game is opening a new profile instead of connecting to your saved progress.
