Chocolate box issue

Question

hi, i am in a trouble with chocolate box. i have completed 4 rounds already however i couldn’t receive the reward. i also cannot quit chocolate box when it pop up. whenever i win each level, i have to quit candy app to continue the next level due to this trouble. Could u pls advise us how to fix this trouble. Many thanks

Hi QueenB.

Thanks a lot for your support. I checked my appstore and find that Candy crush saga has been updated to the newest version already. Then i restart my device and reopen the game. However my trouble with chocolate box  still has not been resolved. If there is no solution for this issue, maybe i will wait until chocolate event time over. Once again, thank you so much!

We’ve seen a few players mention trouble with the Chocolate Box pop-up not closing properly, and this should be improved with the latest game update.

Could you please check the App Store or Google Play Store to see if you have a new Candy Crush Saga update available?

After updating, please restart your device and then open the game again. This can help refresh the game and clear temporary issues.

Please do not delete or reinstall the game app.

Let us know if the Chocolate Box works normally again after updating and restarting.
