Hello King Support,

I have been playing Candy Crush Saga with my Facebook account. Earlier I used to get rewarded video ads, but for the last 2–3 months all video ads have disappeared (Extra Moves, Boosters, and Daily Rewards). I have updated the game, cleared the cache, and reinstalled it, but the problem still exists. Please check my account and help me.

Thanks for reaching out. I understand you’re asking about rewarded video ads, such as ads for Extra Moves, boosters, or Daily Rewards.

These video options are not available to all players all the time. They can change depending on different things, such as your device, game version, location, platform, or whether the feature is currently active in your game.

Please make sure your game is updated to the latest version and that you have a stable internet connection.

Also, please avoid reinstalling the game app again. Reinstalling usually won’t bring video ads back and can risk removing saved items from your device, such as stored boosters.

If video ads are available in your game, they should appear again when there is an offer to watch a video. Unfortunately, we can’t manually add video ads to an account from the Community.
