Problem since system went down last week

Question

I recovered my progress, but I lost about 450 gold bars and 87 boosters. This cost me about $50!  I’ve emailed twice and no one will answer me!  I spend a lot of money on this game—I’ve been playing for over 10 years!  I need this fixed.  I won’t spend another cent until then.  Please help!

You say you've emailed twice. Does this mean you did contact Player Support (which is what Stephanie means by "customer care", they are the same) @scottmandel ? Did you get a ticket number and an automated reply? If not, who did you email?

I don't know if this will help, but somehow my game went all the way down to level 1. I was at a very high level, so not only did I lose all my levels, I also lost all my gold bars too. I reached out to the Customer Care, and they were able to get me a good amount of bars back(unfortunately, not close to what I had), and they were able to retrieve my boosters. They were very helpful, so give them a try, because if you paid to get the bars and boosters, they definitely should be able to help you retrieve your items.  Good Luck!
