I have been experiencing repeated game freezes in Candy Crush for the past six weeks. The game freezes multiple times every day, causing me to lose a significant number of boosters, Gold Bars, and real money that I have spent on in-app purchases.
Most recently, during the last event, the game froze just before I was about to receive the 120 Gold Bar reward, causing me to lose it entirely. This is far from an isolated incident—it has happened repeatedly over the past month and a half.
I would like to know how King intends to compensate me for all of these losses.
My in-game user ID is 1581820962. I play the same game account using two Apple IDs (one from Japan and one from Australia) and have made purchases through both accounts.
This ongoing issue has caused considerable frustration and financial loss. I expect this problem to be investigated and resolved without further delay, and I also expect appropriate compensation for the Gold Bars, boosters, and money I have lost due to these repeated game failures.
