While making king account for my father on candy crush saga....i wrote the wrong email...and dont even remember the password...he have played 13500+ levels but now he have to transfer his game to the new device...but the email cant be changed…i tried to contact the team via multiple ways...talked to thier chatbot and got a ticket...emailed to thier automated generated messages ...and even explain everything on thier official web portal but no step has been taken in that prespective...not a single human has contacted me....kindly if anyone know the solution...help me out
