There's no way to move forward!

Ever since the Customer Care team were able to retrieve my progress, after the game took me all the way back to level 1, I haven't been able ro move much at all. It's impossible to move to another level when I no longer get Boosters, Sweet Cinema, Extra refill lives, etc.!! Also, once my game went all the way back to level 1, my bars were all lost. Although, they were able to give me a small amount back, it's not even close to what I had. The game has become ridiculous to play, so unless the lovely people at King can restore the things I lost, I definitely do not see myself playing much longer!!!

@MountainMom I appreciate your response. It's very frustrating and pretty much impossible to get through these ridiculous levels. I'm hoping to get back something (Boosters, Sweet Cinema, Ads Refill lives) to be able to play again. I still have a very small amount of gold bars, but I also have 7 or more very hard levels to pass in order to get through the episode race that I’m stuck on. Wish me luck!

Hello @stephanie2024. I understand your frustration. It is painful to lose much of your gold bars and special events after experiencing a glitch in Candy Crush Saga. While we cannot restore lost items from this Community, I encourage you to participate in our Contests which offer opportunities ton win gold bars and boosters.
