I've changed my mobile phone and after opening my account on new device all my powers have been lost, please tell me how can i recover all my powers and boosters?

Your boosters are stored on your phone. Only game progress and gold bars are stored at King's servers and synch between devices. This means your boosters are stored on the phone on which you earned them and when we load the game on a different device our inventory will start off empty. I hope you still have the old phone, so advise using up the boosters by playing on the old phone.
