I’ve lost so much progress and boosters because the brisk heat ad won’t let me exit out of it. So frustrating. Any fixes?

Hi @kiara_wael just a heads-up, it looks like the link is currently broken. I'll get that fixed 😊
In the meantime, I'll collect the player's Game ID, device, app version, and a screenshot of the ad so we can report it to the Ads team.
