Brisk heat ad

I’ve lost so much progress and boosters because the brisk heat ad won’t let me exit out of it. So frustrating. Any fixes?

and it keeps happening - usually when I’m close to passing the level and I’m watching too keep playing. It’s annoying.

Same With the Temu ads..they throw me out of the game every time and you have to x out of it 3 times. One of those x's always throws me out. I get it 9 out of 10 ads. Getting old.

Hi @DaniBel004 , thank you for sharing the screenshot and your details.

I’ve reported this ad to the Ads team so they can take a closer look. It may take a couple of days for them to investigate, so I can’t promise that the ad will disappear from your game straight away, but it has now been flagged to the right team.

In the meantime, please try these steps:

Fully close the game app and open it again
Restart your device
Check that your game app is updated to the latest version
Keep an eye on the game and let us know if the same ad keeps causing trouble

A screenshot of the ad that's getting stuck
Your Game ID
The device you're playing on (for example, iPhone 15 or Samsung Galaxy S24)
Your Candy Crush Saga app version

Once I have those details, I'll report it so the team can take a closer look.
