I am not receiving the boosters I am earning with special candy games. Even the daily spin boosters are not showing up. It always says I have them but when I play a game the booster selection chart shows zero on all of them when I should have at least ten in all of them. Thank you.

Anyway, to answer your question, have you tried basic troubleshooting steps, such as making sure your device is online, and making sure your device and game software is updated to their most recent versions? The booster wheel will fail to appear, and you will be unable to claim rewards from certain events if your device is offline. In addition to those troubleshooting steps, have you checked to see if there may have been a family member or friend who could have potentially used them? Finally, did you recently transfer your data to a different device? If so, then it is worth noting that your boosters will not be carried along with your game to the other device.     Thank you but none of these apply. I am doing the daily spin, as I said, but not receiving the earned booster appearing as the prize, as I said.
