I'm trying to link my account to an email because I cannot login in the candy crush app on my laptop and I don't know what to do :(

To get started, please make sure your accounts are individual and not already linked to others. If you’re playing with Facebook and want to merge it with a King account, could you please log out of Facebook from the profile menu on your device? After that, if you haven’t registered a King account yet, go ahead and create one.
Then, try logging into your King account using "Login with email." Your Facebook progress should transfer automatically—how great is that? If it doesn’t happen right away, no worries! We can manually move your old progress to your King account so you can keep all your hard-earned progress. This won’t sync the accounts, but it will keep your progress safe and sound!
