please help me restore my progress. I woke up one morning and was on level one. PLEASE, I need someone to explain what I have to do as if you’re trying to help your 80 year old grandfather!

I'll gladly see how I can help with recovering your progress. After making checks, I'm seeing your account is registered with Facebook specifically. Please log in using your email address and the steps below:
1. Make sure that your Facebook account is correctly disconnected from the game (if you are currently connected). To do this open the game and on the main screen tap the blue "My Profile" button and then select “Log Out”.
2. If you have the Facebook app installed on your device please also make sure that the correct Facebook account is signed in.
3. Force close all apps and turn off your device. Leave the device switched off for at least 10 seconds before restarting it.
4. Open the game and reconnect to your account by tapping the blue "Retrieve my progress" button found on the main screen and then choose the option to “Continue with Facebook”.
