Hi @j123ubisi sorry to hear you are seeing your game start from level 1. To help us look into this, could you let us know whether you are playing on mobile, Facebook, or both?
If you play on mobile and your game is connected to a Facebook or King account, your progress should be saved. Could you please try logging out and back into your account to see if your progress comes back? You can also try playing level 1 once, then close the game and come back after a little while to see if it reconnects to the server and restores your progress.
If possible, please also share your game ID and let us know which device you are using. That will help us investigate further.
