Hello @9852642220 I noticed your question has been moved, so you probably won't see our answers. But in the highly unlikely event you will find your post here please could you show us a screenshot of the starting board. I cannot find any videos on YouTube for this level requiring the frog, so your level must be a new version.
If you struggle with the frog order, the order number will be how often the frog needs to be moved. To move the frog feed it candies the same colour as itself until it glows, then move it.
