Help - how to continue the game?

Hello community. I am having an issue with the Candy Crush game. I cannot access my game. I always entered the game using Facebook and now I get a message saying that there is a problem, to try again later. I have been trying for months and always getting the same message. I used the Facebook email account but it gets me to level 1... I really don't know the reason for this. I have my user ID of the normal account but I don't know if it enough to enter the game again. As far as I remember I was on level 7k and something... Anyone can help please? The message on the red on the pic is ERROR LOADING SESSION. THERE WAS AN ERROR ACCESSING THIS APP. TRY AGAIN LATER. thanks community.

I've now assigned that account to level 6225. If you don't see it in effect, please force close the game, wait a few seconds and then reopen it. Please don’t hesitate to come back to us if you need anything else.

Considering you're still having issues,

I can manually assign your level to a new account registered with King; however, you'll have 2 stars for each level I've adjusted from my end.

To continue, please create an account using the steps below and then send me the new User ID:

Open the game on your device and tap the Settings button in the lower left corner.
Tap My Account/Save My Progress
Select an avatar and nickname
Enter your email address (*don't skip this part!)
Choose a password and return to the game. As simple as that!

I followed your advice but the problem is not solved. I click Connect with Facebook like I used to do before but there is always an Error. I am on Android, everything is updated.

The first thing we need to do is make sure that your device is running as smoothly as possible. Please complete the following steps and let me know if they do not resolve the issue:

Force close all apps and restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds
Update your device to the latest version of iOS and check for any updates for the game app
Make sure that you have enough storage on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link
