Why do my lives disappear

Every few months, all of my gifted lives completely disappear. No, not because I use them because they disappear. What's up with that?

Same they just took all my lives after I spend 10 bucks  I'm getting real tired of this shady stuff . The game was never like this before within the last 2 years it's become kinda not enjoyable .

Mine get reset randomly too, I’ve just gotten used to it unfortunately. I don’t let them build up too much.
