Hi @Brindici there is nothing you can do to fix the issue of adverts opening their website or adverts not closing. All you can do is follow the advice given to you by MountainMom and report the advert
This won't fix the adverts in your game, but eventually if enough reports are received then King might fix or remove the faulty adverts.
Most of the adverts that open their own websites respond to the back button on Android the problem is they respond in different ways. Some adverts require that you press the back button immediately, some require that you press the back button three times quickly and some require that you let the website open before you press the back button. Some adverts it doesn't matter what you do and you have to restart your game. The trick is learning which adverts responds to the required action.
I used the 'broken' option mentioned by MountainMom as often as I could, and in my game I now receive very few faulty adverts.

Same …the Temu ads are the worst. You have to x out 3 times and it always takes you to their web page. I reported it and was told it was fixed but it clearly is not. When I push the back button it just restarts the game. Takes forever to get through a race now when you lose all your boosters and gold bars.

Unfortunately, some ads do not work as intended. The best way to make the King advertisement team aware of issues is to use the process described in the following article from our Help Center.

Hey there ! Thank you for all your replies. Same as other players , no matter how many times I closed all apps including CCS, the problem persists. Help appreciated 💕

Thanks for sharing this. The game app should not normally reload or restart when an ad opens a browser page or the app store. When you return to Candy Crush Saga, the game should usually continue from where you left off.
