Hi and thanks for sharing the screenshot.

It looks like the game is getting stuck on the Season Pass reward screen and the buttons are not responding. Could you please try fully closing the game app and opening it again?

If it still happens after restarting, please let me know:

Which device you’re playing on
Which game app version you have installed
If this happens every time you open the game, or only when opening the Season Pass

I’ll pass the details on so the team can take a closer look.
