We're looking for up to 10 Community members to help us test an updated version of the in-game Help Center before it's available to all players.

What's the in-game Help Center?

Have you ever opened the game, gone to Account & Help, and then tapped Help Center?

That's the part we're giving a refresh!

Gif shows how to access the Help Center in Candy Crush Saga: Settings > Account and Help > Help Center

It's not a complete redesign—it's mostly an updated look, along with some improvements to the layout and wording to make everything a little clearer and easier to use.

Want to take part?

If you'd like to join the test, simply leave your Player ID (Core ID) in the comments below. We'll select up to 10 players and enable the updated Help Center for them as soon as we start the test.

Once you've had a chance to explore it, we'll invite you to share your thoughts in a dedicated feedback discussion.
