All my boosters disappear

Hello King Support,

My Candy Crush Saga account is connected to my verified King account. My game progress (Level 11092) and Gold Bars are still there, but all of my boosters suddenly disappeared and now show as zero.

Could you please check my account and help restore my lost boosters?

Hi, thank you for your reply. Yes, I reinstalled the game, but only because it was not working properly on my device. I did not know that reinstalling would permanently remove my boosters. My Gold Bars and progress were restored, but I lost all my boosters. Since I had to reinstall due to a game issue, could you please consider restoring my boosters as a one-time courtesy? I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.

Can you please clarify something for me?  Did you change your device or reinstall the game App?  If your answer is yes to either of these, that is the reason you lost the boosters from your game, but not a glitch!

Boosters and lives received from our friends are stored to our device local memory!  That is the reason, when we change the device, data pertaining to boosters & lives won’t be transferred to the new device!  But, the Gold bars and level progress are stored to King servers - which enables us to open the game on multiple devices!
