my gold chocolate box is not registering collection of wrapped candies. I also cannot change task as it just sticks on the refresh spin then I can’t even close the chocolate box pop up. Anyone else finding this?

Thanks so much for reporting this. That definitely doesn’t sound right if your Gold Chocolate Box isn’t counting wrapped candies and then gets stuck spinning when you try to refresh.
Could you please try fully closing and reopening Candy Crush Saga first, and also make sure your game is updated to the latest version? If it’s still happening after that, please share your device model and game version with us so we can look into it a bit closer.
