I’m sorry this happened. Could you tell us a little more about what went wrong? For example, did the game close unexpectedly, freeze, or lose connection while you were playing?
We’re unable to reimburse lost items here in the Community, but Player Support can review what happened and check whether they can help. Open the game, go to your Profile > Help Center, select the article that best matches the issue, scroll to the bottom, and tap Chat With Us.
Please include details about the items you lost and when the issue happened.
