Thanks for letting us know. You should normally receive a reward after reaching level 1000, so I’m sorry it didn’t appear.

We’re unable to replace missing rewards through the Community, but Player Support can check what happened. Please open the game, go to your Profile, select Help Center, open the article that best matches the issue, scroll to the bottom, and tap Chat With Us.

Please explain that you passed level 1000 but did not receive the milestone reward. Since we manage the Community in English, I hope it’s okay that I replied in English.
