There is an easy way to get out of your problem: Uninstall the app @Leomart. Then reinstall it from the App store or Google playstore etc, depending on what device you use. Then you can start to play Candy Crush from level 1 in a new account as a brand new player. It is possible to reach level 1500 within a few weeks if you are careful and don't waste your gold and boosters. Tip if you do start a new game: Only levels 90 and 114 need the use of gold bars in the early part of the game. Replay the other levels until you get lucky.
Tengo más de tres años con el juego atascado. Se quedó atascado en el nivel 1123 y de allí no sale no marcas los niveles siguientes y no puedo hacer nada, he hecho de todo para que avance y no sé cómo hacerlo. Yo iba más allá del nivel 1123 pero retrocedió y se quedó allí en ese nivel y nada que sale de allí lo desinstalé varias veces y nada que avanza y luego lo deje y no lo instalé por un tiempo para ver si él solo podria arreglarse y nada y todavía sigue estancado en un nivel y no avanza desde hace dos años o más de dos años. Me gusta el juego y realmente me gustaría recuperarlo no importa que sea desde el principio eso no me importa pero que avance y no se quede en el nivel 1123, como hago necesito ayuda
