I am playing Candy Crush Saga on my iPhone. About 7 days ago, I made a real-money purchase in the game. Since then, all my rewarded video ads have disappeared. I no longer receive ads for free moves, boosters, or extra rewards.

I have a stable internet connection and my game is updated to the latest version. Could you please check if there is any issue with my account and let me know if my rewarded ads can be restored?

I understand why the timing would make you wonder whether the purchase affected the rewarded ads in your game.

Rewarded video ads are not a permanent feature and may appear or disappear depending on availability, testing, and other factors. We are not able to check or restore ads manually from the Community, so I cannot confirm exactly why they stopped appearing on your account.

You have already done the right things by checking your connection and making sure the game is updated. Please keep the app up to date, as the ads may become available again in the future.
