I am playing level 17555. And I need one more green tile to open up the field. But there is none left. It's impossible to clear the level. So I lost my super color bomb and will lose the race and good bars. I am stuck.

Could you let us know how many attempts you have made on Level 17 555? Does the same thing happen each time, with not enough green candies appearing to complete the order?
We’ll ask the level designers to take a closer look and check whether the level is working as intended.

@QueenB thanks for your response. I passed the level in another try. I just an UFO, so that explains the problem. The UFO replaced a green candy.
