I’m sorry this happened. Just to confirm, were the Gold Bars deducted from your account, but the game closed before the extra moves were added?
Please make sure the game is updated and restart your device before playing again. If the Gold Bars were taken without receiving the extra moves, contact Player Support so they can check the transaction on your account:
Open the game, go to Profile > Help Center, choose the article closest to your issue, scroll to the bottom, and tap Chat With Us.
