Hello @Nanalizplace Are you talking about the ice cream event by any chance? I've just played the first round but the first prize for this was three lollipops. I'm posting some screenshots below to illustrate: The first round was a qualifier. I don't know how many rounds there are though my screenshot would suggest that the next round is the final in which you have a chance to earn gold bars. It's always in the last round of these events that the winning players will get a gold bar prize. When the next round starts check the rules by clicking on the "i" icon. Also the award is clearly visible when you play, as is the word "qualifier". I do not know of any other leaderboard event currently active which requires points to be collected, so I'm assuming it's this one. However it is possible that the event starts at different times for different players, so maybe I'm mistaken.

Did the final results screen show that you finished in first place and won the 100 Gold Bars?
For a missing reward, you’ll also need to contact Player Support through the game so they can check your account:
Open the game, go to Profile > Help Center, choose the article closest to your issue, scroll down, and tap Chat With Us.
