Game keeps crashing, freezing, buffering during important moves

Question

I keep losing lives and gold bars and status when the game freezes upon a really good move like the candy to the    freezes and I lose progress points  coins start to piss me off a lot since I’ve already put in $200 worth of credits towards the game because I keep losing my spot. I rebooted my  cleared my cash cleared up apps memory and it keeps doing it make it stop thank you.

Thank you for confirming that you’ve already restarted your device, cleared the cache, and freed up memory. Those are exactly the first steps we would normally recommend.

To help us understand whether something specific in the game is triggering the freezing, could you please let us know:

* Does it happen on particular levels or during certain moves?
* Have you noticed whether a specific Candy or Special Candy combination is involved?
* What device model and operating system are you using?
* Which version of the Candy Crush Saga app do you currently have installed?

A screenshot when it happens again would also be very helpful, especially if it shows the level and the board just before the game freezes. We’ve seen cases in the past where a particular interaction on the board caused a level to freeze, so these details could help us identify whether something similar is happening here.
