Paid but not received reward

Dear Sir/Madam,

I paid a x2 reward, but I didn't received any buster or reward. I have the payment receipt.

It is not the first time this has happened to me, the App closes unexpectedly, and I lose the reward that I paid for.

Please investigate and resolvé this issue.
