I made a purchase to continue my progress but got bumped off my leadership

several times in the past few months, I get bumped off the game after watching a video or just randomly. So I get a message, sorry the game closed, pick one of two items. However, it is really frustrating when I lose the special color bomb I have earned. I also lose my progress.
