Level 9565 keeps going into a continuous loop, not letting me play for long stretches and then never releasing all the spinks needed to win.

I have taken another look at the this level just now and have not encountered any eternal loop whenever I played the hinted moves. So that is probably the best method at the moment to avoid this glitch. However: I think you will need to spend gold bar for extra moves for this level. The AI has been tinkering with the algorithms in the past few days adjusting moves mainly, and I cannot pass this level as the last dragon won't drop before my moves run out.
