In 5 days, we have to accept the new agreements in Candy crush saga. But every time, we lose our lives, and also the box stars we earned. I'm done with this. Why do Candy crush management do this, specially 6 times in some days???

This is what happens to me. I am playing through Facebook on Firefox. When I start the game, I am asked to accept the user agreement, even though I have been playing for years. Sometimes it will take me to the correct level, but other times it takes me to a very, very old level. It says there is nothing in the social tab, even though I have hundreds of friends and belong to a team. All of the lives I have been given by friends are gone. Refreshing the game over and over will eventually restore the level and the social tab, but the lives are gone and can't be retrieved. This happens at least once a day and is very, very frustrating.

I am having the same problem. When I requested assistance, I got a canned response that didn't help. Clearly, there is a problem but nobody seems to care. At least, it is comforting to know that I am not alone. Losing the lives my friends have sent me is ruining the game for me.
