9565 is just continuously looping, I’ve gotten out and restarted 3 times. This round I’ve let it go for 3 hours straight! Help!

Thanks for reporting. Hopefully the development team is able to take a closer look at a level causing an issue like this.
Try to replay the level using no boosters and follow the hinted moves exactly. You may not pass the level but hopefully you won't get this glitch of recurring looping. It worked for me, though I had to pay gold for extra moves to pass.
Please also inform Player Support about this, as I have read two other complaints about this level so it seems to be glitching. I think they need to be informed. Try this link:
