I have recently switched to a new device and I would like to transfer my game progress (Level 3187).

Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old email address, but I have saved my old Player ID: 1448135610

New Player ID (on this tablet): 16589232813

Could you please help me restore/transfer my level to this device (tablet)?

We cannot do this in the community @meejin because this is a place where players discuss the game, not a site to contact King. Please could you contact King using this link:

You will get an automated reply initially but this should get followed up in three working days. If you don't hear from them reply to the original email. Please make sure you don't save the game with the new player ID because it's not possible to merge two saved accounts.
