Missing Gold Candy Crush

Hi, I tried to buy gold in Candy Crush this morning. I've been charged 4 times for gold in my game but never received it. I got an error message saying the connection was interrupted, but that apparently didn't stop it taking money 4 times. Can you please correct this and add the missing 40 gold. Many thanks
