Not seeing the updated Help Center yet?
That's expected! The updated Help Center is currently available to a small percentage of players, as well as the Community members taking part in this test.

We're mainly looking for feedback on the look and feel of the Help Center. While you're exploring it, we'd love to know:

What do you think of the updated design? Do you like the colors and overall style?
Is the layout easy to follow?
Was it easy to find the information you were looking for? Did anything feel confusing or out of place?
Did you notice any wording that could be clearer or friendlier?
If you could improve one thing, what would it be?

We're still making small improvements, so your feedback will help us fine-tune the experience before it's rolled out to more players.

I have to do it all individually and look through it from category to category.

Now I'm at: What are multiplier tokens? I have a problem with that.
I think some things are not translated correctly.

What is a token?
There are many who don't speak English and don't think about using a translator.

I took the picture with my cell phone. Because the screenshot on the tablet doesn't always work.

When I opened the help center, I was immediately excited. It is a neutral and clear view.

I don't like the event under Highlight.

For me, highlight means the most positive comments.
It's just a small part of the community. Even I don't have this event and can't give an answer.

There should also be a function for players outside the community to
give their feedback on the help center and in each category.
I would think that would be better, something additional.

Das Bild habe ich mit dem Handy gemacht. Denn der Screenshot am Tablet funktioniert nicht immer.

Als ich das Hilfecenter geöffnet hatte, war ich sofort begeistert. Es ist eine neutrale und klare Ansicht.

Das Ereignis unter Highlight finde ich nicht gut.

Highlight bedeutet für mich die meisten positiven Kommentare.
Nur es ist ein kleiner Teil in der Community. Selbst ich habe dieses Ereignis nicht und kann dazu keine Antwort geben.

Es müßte auch eine Funktion geben, das Spieler außerhalb der Community ihr Feedback zum Hilfecenter und in jeder Kategorie abgeben können.
Das würde ich besser finden, noch etwas zusätzliches.

Can you please confirm which device you're logged in with the given player ID? Is it an iPhone, Android phone, an iPad…? If it's an iPhone, do you know the model, please?

Hello @Lola_Pop Thank you for including me in the test. I have a question: I have three accounts on three different devices, and all see the same Help Centre. I had thought that since you asked our player ID that we would get something different from everyone else. So please can I just check that this is the right one:

This page does look different from what I saw last time I looked a few weeks ago, but I just want to make sure this is the correct page for my feedback, since I see the same in all my accounts, not just the one I gave me player ID for.

My game is always up to date. I never log in and can always be opened and played straight away.
I'm alone.
