hi i play on my tablet and it is fine but now when i fail a level it does not give me to option to buy more moves just says you have failed try again? can anyone help?

Do not uninstall the app @Marie_Hyatt. As Carol suggested you would lose all your boosters and I cannot see how this would help.
However I am baffled by this. I checked the level on YouTube, and it seems a normal level, so this seems very strange. I can only suggest you contact Player Support to ask what is going on with your game. It's probably best to do this via the Help Centre inside the app. Scroll through all the options there and then at the bottom it will state "Still need help?" and give you the option to contact Player Support. I have not heard of anyone else who was not offered some extra moves for payment of gold. Maybe there really is something wrong with your game, but reinstalling the app never solves this kind of problem, so I would not recommend it.
The only other thing would be to check your game is updated. Maybe if you are playing a really old version this error might happen. Is your app up to date?
Hi @Marie_Hyatt I just had to post something to you, when I saw you put 'not sure if I should uninstall and reinstall'. If you do that you will lose all your boosters and you won't get them back, unless you paid for them. And if you did pay for them, it's still a palaver going through Player Support to get them back. So don't uninstall your game app ๐
As Christine said there are many changes being made and tested on a lot of players. I'm sure Christine will be back shortly to update you more.

King are in the process of making changes to what happens when we fail a level, but I have not heard of this one. Please could you post a screenshot of what you see when you have failed? It would really help us try figure out what is going on in your game and help answer your question, thanks.
