In answer to your question, first you get confused and annoyed, then you post in the King Community for an answer 🙃
There are many posts from others saying they don't receive what they have paid for. You can either contact Player Support, explaining to them what has happened, you can do that by clicking on the 'Contact us' below filling in all the required fields.

Or you will need to get in touch with whoever you paid the money through, explain what has happened and ask for a refund.
